1. Items sold are non refundable. We will ensure that the right items are sent to the respective buyers. We will inspect thoroughly for any damage before posting.
2. Reserved items are reserved for three to four days after which will be made available for public. If you no longer want to reserve a specific item, please do let us know okay. It will save us a lot of trouble. Thanks! =)
3. Items are sold on a first come first served basis. So be quick or you’ll miss out! ;)
4. We will not be held responsible for any damaged/lost items during the course of delivery. We will let you know when we have posted your item and together with the tracking number so you can track your item. If you do not receive the items within two weeks, let us know and we will check with the post office. No worries!
5. Prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit. They do not include postage fees. If you are an overseas buyer, email us and we will convert the price of the item you like for you.
6. Custom made orders are available. If you see something you like and would like to have something removed/added, do let us know. We will adjust the price accordingly.
7. Please email us if you have any questions with regards to our items before purchasing them. We will try our best to take clear photos and give you accurate descriptions.
8. Custom made earrings are also available. If you see something you like from somewhere and would like us to create a similar pair with a touch of your own personal creativity, do let us know and we will try our best to create the ultimate design for you.
